In Madagascar folklore, the aye-aye is a very powerful being, often associated with darker magics. So potent is the magic in it's middle finger, it can strike you down dead just by pointing it at you. They are witches, and keepers of the dark, tangled forests. This aye-aye is putting life back into a long dead fossa skull. What secrets will the undead reveal?

Roughly 9in x 12in acrylics and color pencil.

Everything you said about the Aye Aye is true but the people in Madagascar though... x3

Because they have such a high beleaf of there folklore of the Aye Aye, they kill Aye Ayes for that beleaf... ;___; >___<!!!!

Gorgeous work! I love the colors you chose; they all go together fantastically and create a wonderfully dark and alluring atmosphere--especially that glowing skull! I also adore the texture in the tree branches and the details in the Aye-Aye's face. This is a very inspiring piece. :nod:
